Bad bedside manner.
I told Dr Dandan that I have had chronic pelvic pain for 22days and he scoffed at me… ”that’s it.!?! Just treat it like a migraine with over the counter drugs.” He needs to be retrained on his bedside manners.
This is by far the worst clinic I have ever visited. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM, but I was not taken to an exam room until after 10:00 AM. Once I was in the room, I had to wait until almost 10:50 AM before being seen. It feels like they prioritize everyone else before new patients. Being a new patient here was a mistake. They send multiple reminders asking you to confirm your appointment and arrive on time, but when you do arrive on time, they do not value your time at all.There was no explanation for the delay... read more
