I just called this office to make an appt. For my Veteran Husband that pulled his back last night and can't move. We have EXCELLENT insurance, and the lady on the phone said she could get us in tomorrow at 1. Perfect I said, and she told me she wouldn't schedule it because she thought I was going to " shop around to get a sooner appt. " Like wtf???? I TOLD HER I DIDNT WANT MY HUSBAND SEEN BY SUCH A HORRIBLY SAD PLACE THAT DONT ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS OR OUR VETERANS. PERHAPS GET A BETTER HIRE TO ANSWER PHONES.

Dr Dean is by far the best. A few years ago he fixed both my elbows. Never had a problem again. Recently I broke my left wrist, I immediately had an appointment after my urgent care visit. While he mentioned surgery once he looked at the X-Ray, he also gave me the option to let it heal on itself with a splint and a sling. Well today, 4 weeks later, X-Ray showed bone is healing on itself, no more sling and I am able to take off the splint for routine things, He knows his bones, I truly highly recommend him. Jeffery A. Dean MD was so very professional and treated me with such care making sure I understood everything he was doing before he did administered any shots in my hands. The staff working at the front desk was very friendly I would gladly be returning if needed it is far from where I live but it it’s worth the distance.

Dr. Dean, PA Correa and the rest of their team at Westover Hills Orthopaedics have been phenomanel fron start to finish; from initial exam, to post-operation they have been very caring and punctual with all referrals. Most importantly, surgical procedures and post-op care were excellent. Highly recommend!
