I only gave them a star because Dr. Charles has been great. After reading through previous reviews, it seems nothing has changed. If you call to speak with someone, noone answers. And any messages are not returned. If you get here early, or on time per their policy, you still wait an average of 45 minutes before you're seen. If you ask how much longer they may check then give a non-helpful response like "you're next", "we're waiting on a room", or "they know you're here" then you'll continue to wait another 15-20 minutes (if... read more
I was referred to this clinic and reached out via email over a week ago, followed by multiple phone calls. Unfortunately, I never received any response. This lack of communication is both unprofessional and disappointing. I would strongly recommend seeking care elsewhere.
It's a shame - had a good first two meetings, Dr. Charles is knowledgeable, and then the place went radio silent on me for a week and a day and I ran out of medication. My pharmacy reach out Thursday. I called Friday morning, left a VM. Called monday morning, left a VM. Finally had to come in physically to talk to someone and waited on a nurse for 35 min. Dr Opeola is awesome She has helped me cope with skin, hair issues, and cancer issues for 7 years now. She is caring, knowledgeable, and creative. I would highly recommend Dr. O to anyone in need of skin issues or any dermatologist issue you may experience. Please take care Cynthia
If I could give them a zero stars I will. Doctor Daniel Glay completely unprofessional, did not have the courtesy to even check the issue, but sat away from me, dignosed me based on the referral, left the room not even 7 min later, and now I’ve been charged for 40 min of his time. If I knew this, I would had made him stay with me, since I am getting charged for this. I am still dealing after two months with anyone to help me.
