Great experience! I called and was able to get in within the same week. The pre check in was super easy. Staff were attentive and pleasant when I walked in. The office was super beautiful and clean. I waited less than 5 minutes to get called back and all the staff that was involved in my exam and my cleaning were so sweet, knowledgeable and professional. I’ll be sending my husband to them :)
My husband and I have been coming here for going on 2 years now and they are quick, responsive, friendly and very informative. The office is located in a medical building, but it’s super easy to access for a quick in and out appointment because it’s right by the entrance and elevator. Dr. A. was helpful and the ladies in the front office, Nelly and Lulu were so accommodating and helpful with billing and benefits - I really appreciated them so much.

Something has changed over the past few years. Initially, the service was great, and you had the chance to get to know the doctor. Now, it feels just like a typical PCP visit—you're brought in, the work is done, and you get about five minutes with the doctor. I needed a special item, and they initially quoted me one price with insurance. However, after the work was completed, I was informed that the price had doubled, leaving me stuck paying more than I had planned. The staff is amazing and friendly! Lulu was so informative and fit me in as an emergency the same day I called! Dr A was extremely nice, informative, and patient with me as well. The assistant was very kind as well. I would highly recommend them and would definitely go to them again in an emergency or if my insurance was with them! They make you feel very welcome. Thank you all for your amazing sense of urgency and effort to relieve my pain!
