While the apartments are nice they're out dated (built in 1941 ) no central air and heat flat 2 prong plugs that are super loose a slight water bug infestation and parking can be a pain as well as the maintenance service does lackluster work and takes forever to get to service call and sometimes refuse to do certain repairs such as re connect a previously connected plug-in ... Those are cons now the pros the neighbors are nice and tend to keep to themselves its a mostly quiet area trash and water are included in rent. Close ... read more
