Met Jeff Ipson at ShotShow 2026, I always wanted to get custom ear molded hearing protection. Living in Hawaii it is a little hard to get molds. I saw the Westone booth and stopped to ask if the could make some for me. I kid you not, 3 minutes later Jeff’s team had me in a chair injecting silicone in my ears. Got the DX5 and the ear pieces came in the mail 8 days later! Jeff and his team was hands down the best guys ever! Thank you guys! You guys made my trip unreal!
Silicone earmold for a CI user was poorly made. I requested a remake for the right side and they remade the left side.
Earmolds arrived without the tubing being glue in the earmold. Is this something new or just a missed. It has happened a few times when ordering the Style 32's. Please advise.
These power earmolds were wonderful. They weren't bulky and a perfect fit for the patient.
