Not sure what has changed about the way they make their ear molds. After 10 years of getting Westone's exceptional ear molds (several in one year sometimes because my son is growing fast) this summer the ear molds we received were terrible. We have been back for new impressions and replacements 3 x's and this is a long drive to us to the Audiologist. Going on a 4th time now and I think we are going to have to use another lab :/

Horrible customer service and broken manufacturing. Messed up manufacturing a medical device and then refuses to talk to me or give me updates on the status and ETA of getting me a new one. No one should order anything from them - warn your doctors. They are extremely slow and backlogged also.

As an Audiologist, I frequently used Westone for custom earmold products (hearing aid and recreational). They have just gone down the tube in terms of customer service. Orders routinely take a month to process and ship. It's really unfortunate - I've given them a few opportunities over the past couple of years hoping things would've improved, however, the changes aren't happening.

Once a good company, they abandon their customers to push new product. $1600 custom monitors to the trash.
