Silicone earmold for a CI user was poorly made. I requested a remake for the right side and they remade the left side.
Earmolds arrived without the tubing being glue in the earmold. Is this something new or just a missed. It has happened a few times when ordering the Style 32's. Please advise.
These power earmolds were wonderful. They weren't bulky and a perfect fit for the patient.
