The gym has a very detailed set of rules, but unfortunately they are not enforced. In the weight room, there is almost never a supervisor present, and this leads to unpleasant situations. Como miembro de YMCA me sorprende que tengan en esta instalación a personas como MICAELA, una persona con falta de empatía, consideración y respeto, en mi caso tuve una cirugía a finales de agosto, días antes llamé para cancelar la suscripción porque no podía hacer uso de las instalaciones, me dijeron que no se podía , porque tenía que ser en persona la cancelación,, pero que le pasarían a la manager el reporte para que ella lo hiciera, eso nunca ocurrió, nunca me llamaron.
