I've never left a negative review, but here we are. For about five months, I tried to cancel my membership. I called over and over again, no one answers the phone at this place. Left voicemails for several staff members. Sent messages through their website. Nothing. No one ever answered or called me back. I no longer live nearby, so I couldn't just pop in, so I just kept getting charged monthly while my attempts to reach someone went nowhere. Hice un suscripción para el Summer Camp que inicia el 8 de junio y por motivos de fuerza mayor me es imposible enviar a mi hijo. Hice la suscripción el día lunes y llamé hoy para cancelar y me atendió Micaela. Es tremendamente arrogante, no resuelve, responde diciendo que no se puede, que hay que leer las políticas. Unable to call this location. Their phones apparently do not work.
The facility is very nice, however, individual classes are a disaster (specifically Silver Sneakers). Rooms are way too small for the amount of people wanting to attend the class. People arrive 30 minutes before the class starts and set aside weighs and other equipment for their friends. Fitness instructors rarely take attendance or tell those not registered for a class to leave. Management needs to get involved. I am a paying member and expect and deserve better.
