My family and I have been going here for years and the staff are always super nice and welcoming.
Got my dentures here. They fit nice and no problems.
This dental office was a huge disappointment. They consistently overbilled my insurance to the maximum, never provided receipts, and made it impossible to track what I was actually being charged for. One major red flag was when they billed my daughter’s insurance for a fluoride treatment she never received. When I called to question it, the receptionist tried to gaslight me by saying not to worry because our insurance wouldn’t cover it anyway — even though I had proof it was charged and paid out through my claim. UPDATE: I just called their office and spoke to the manager. Before I even mentioned their response to my review, I asked her to verify that I am a patient which she did and luckily I recorded it. She was just making excuses about not having initials in their system, but she clearly responded saying there was no name corresponding with my initials. They're now being reported.
