Im a regular patient here, the wait always takes so much longer then it should which usually causes me to miss school (as a HSC student this is really not good) I book early appointments but i dont get seen till almost an hour after my appointment was booked. I never feel like im able to talk about what I was there for and my experiences are regularly invalidated. The only reason I continue to go is because theres nowhere else I can go. I would avoid becoming a patient
Was refused medical care because they're not my regular GP, these people don't care about you.
