Im a regular patient here, the wait always takes so much longer then it should which usually causes me to miss school (as a HSC student this is really not good) I book early appointments but i dont get seen till almost an hour after my appointment was booked. I never feel like im able to talk about what I was there for and my experiences are regularly invalidated. The only reason I continue to go is because theres nowhere else I can go. I would avoid becoming a patient
Was refused medical care because they're not my regular GP, these people don't care about you.
It's ok not a long wait
My family and I have been going here for a few years now, Dr yasas always listens and provides support and compassion. He was my Dr from before I got pregnant through till bub being born and he always comes to check in on bub even when we just there to see nurse. Steph the nurse is loverly and great with our little one and the ladies on reception are always friendly and where possible will try to squeeze you in on short notice for urgent matters. We will be staing with Dr Yasas :)
