I needed to have a repair on my 2025 Kia Carnival that was being covered by Kia corporate. I spoke to Jordan I’m services to schedule the repair. At the same time I told him that Kia Corporate informed me of a recall. I asked Jordan if they could take care of that at the same time. He said absolutely. Once the parts arrived, I called back and spoke to Jordan again and scheduled the repair. I made an appointment online, but didn't get a reminder so started calling and texting them (you call and they tell you to text instead) i never received a call back to confirm my appointment. Google a d their website say Service Center opens at 7am but if no one is around to answer the phone are they really open? Do not try to make appointments through the app or online it never seems to work, even qith a confirmation from the system. And no one answers the phone so it is a struggle to even get an appointment on
