I made an appointment online, but didn't get a reminder so started calling and texting them (you call and they tell you to text instead) i never received a call back to confirm my appointment. Google a d their website say Service Center opens at 7am but if no one is around to answer the phone are they really open? Do not try to make appointments through the app or online it never seems to work, even qith a confirmation from the system. And no one answers the phone so it is a struggle to even get an appointment onĀ

I had an appointment today at 8. I get to the service center and they said only 3/5 parts (for a recall btw) have shown up. I took work off this morning for this. Then he says well, the parts are on backorder with no ETA. Why wouldn't someone have called us to tell us that? They totally dropped the ball and aren't taking any accountability. It's like you lease the car and then they don't care. Very frustrating and a waste of time and PTO.
