My Dr. retired and I was dreading finding a new one. Had him 18 years. A good friend of mine just started going to Dr.Pratt and said he was good so far. Staff polite and competent, Dr. Pratt spent about 30 minutes talking to me, came up with a plan of care, started labs and referred me to specialists. He never sent in the scripts for the medications HE SAID he was ordering. The mymercy.net link they gave me didn't work. I called his office twice and no one was able to help me with either issue. Very professional clinic. Dr. Pratt spent at least 10 minutes just listening to me list all my aches and pains. His nursing staff is also great.
