Friendly staff: the dentist explained the planned procedures well. Part of the appointment was a clean, which I felt was extremely thorough.
Extremely caring and gentle from the reception staff to dental assistant and excellent dentist. Great customer service with care , integrity which has always been efficient and highly professional
The older receptionist was very rude to me, I used to pay to have dental work done by Dr Henna, I had to use a dental voucher from the government this time because Im not working. I was told by ACT Health that they would fax my voucher over, when I arrived at 1:55pm it hadn't been sent over, I immediately rang ACT health, the younger receptionist was trying to get the voucher sorted. I was in alot of pain, I had an infected tooth that needed extracting, it WAS NOT my fault the voucher wasn't sent through before I arrived. I ... read more
Weston Dentistry, having just had my third appointment, is very professional, approachable and efficient. Appointments on time - wonderful!! Staff - smiles and very helpful!! Dental staff - very professional and kind, after listening to your concerns and issues!! I will definitely be going back
