Hired Weston Dean to build our home in Cordillera Ranch, Texas, believing they knew local guidelines. We signed a contract and secured a loan. After paying significant deposits, we faced numerous issues. The company failed to provide important designs, requested multiple unclear changes, and hadn't even sought necessary construction approvals.
