Great staff and service. Cats were well looked after
Terribly disappointed to have a final appointment for my elderly cat, specifically booked with Dr Meredith Phillips, ignored (put down to reception staff error) after nearly 17 years of loyalty to this practice. As the lovely and faultless locum who we ended up seeing noted, we have been coming to this practice for my cat Binky’s entire life (nearly 17 years) but the loyalty to this practice also extends to my second cat Indi (nearly 10) and third cat Savvy (sadly passed away) since all were kittens.
