I have found Dr. Baker and his team to be incredibly responsive in helping me find a path through what will inevitably be a terminal illness. He respects the choice I made of 'quality of life' over drugs that promise a 'longer life span' while making me feel worse.
Was attentive and had good suggestions and a good manner.
