Dr Samad has looked after all of my babes for the past 10 years and we have always had a very good experience. I appreciate his honesty and I find his services are very affordable.
We've been coming to this clinic since it opened..the staff and Dr's are wonderful and very knowledgeable.
I went to this clinic to get my cat shots and neutered and I have to say Ellen, Barsha, Khaled and Imran were all wonderful. Very caring staff and extremely professional. This clinic came highly recommended from my family in Richmond Hill and Mississauga and now I know why. We went for our first visit for a routine nail trim for our cat. He was taken into a closed room without us present. Shortly after, I opened the door to ask if I could stay with my cat and witnessed two staff members restraining him while a third staff was holding a needle prepared for sedation. At that moment, staff stated that they were going to sedate him. Sedation had not been discussed beforehand, and my consent was never requested. This was not an emergency situation. Thank you for providing end-of-life care for our 14 year old French Bulldog Oscar. It was not an easy decision to make, but I'm glad that he's no longer suffering. He was a fantastic dog, and will forever be my "good boy".
