Terribly rude and unprofessional. I have been a client for 6 months and have had mediocre care but this weeks experience has pushed me to find a new vet for my pets. So disappointing:(
First time at this clinic, He did a 1 minute examination that cost $65 without telling me the charges, and I only went for a vaccine. They want to add so much stuff, money hungry. They just do things and put it in the bill, rather than discussing. I had to ask what examination, he said oh I just did it, he put a thermometer in my dog and check heart beat that cost $65! After the vaccines, then they told me my dog might choke or swell up and other stuff I should take her to an emergency. Be upfront with pet owners on cost and... read more
I cannot say enough good things about the wonderful staff here. We called told them what was wrong with our 22 year old cat and were told to come in right away. The care and support we received was priceless. Thank you for the wonderful care you give our family members
