I recently had a hip replacement surgery on July 29th. The surgery was performed by Dr. Antoniou. The surgery/recovery has gone quite well. However, my review will focus on what happened after my surgery. On the evening of July 30th, while I was still in the care of Westmount, my surgeon visited me. He informed me that I could not leave the following morning, as planned. He told me there was an error during the surgery and that I would have to go back into surgery the following morning. Wonderful experience. The nurses were amazing, kind and always checking in on me. Surgery is never easy but they made me as comfortable as possible and for that I am grateful. Dr Schofield and Nicki are wonderful, just a very positive life changing experience!
Surgical unit was well organized and clean. My surgeon Dr. Adam Hart and anesthesiologist Dr Guzzo were personable and performed excellent work. Entire staff -nurses, orderlies, physio team were friendly and provided excellent service.
