Husband went and bought a 1 1/2 inch hose to only get home and measure it to find out it's 1 5/8 inch way to big. Brought it back to be told he's wrong. Pulled out his tape measure to show the girls wrong the size . Oh well I can't do anything I already cut it. Also told it depends on if above or inground pool the 1 1/2 inch size is different .Who knew that there is different 1 1/2 inch sizes ? *Note: they do not service Hydropool and that is not obviously stated* I have been into the store and the front desk people are helpful for general questions like water quality and what not. But the service team rep was not very patient, kind or clear with their communication. We moved into a new home that had a hot tub already, and having never owned one I didn't know anything about them. Richard, I think was his name, asked me what kind of hot tub I had and when I mentioned the name I saw he said something along the lines ... read more

How…after a major rain fall does this business have their chlorine supply locked and unavailable for purchase? I really want to do business locally but businesses have to want to sell! As a fellow business owner, really disappointed by the lack of ability and willingness to accommodate such a basic customer service :(
