These one star reviews have me so confused because this clinic has treated me like gold. Every single visit I’m treated with respect, dignity, non judgement and compassion. In fact they almost over do it. Everybody across the board from the receptionists to the doctors. Dr. Grainger is my family doctor and I consider her one of the biggest blessings in my life. Dr Sue's assistant Jane can be rude and condescending. Very unhappy the way they talk down to me when trying to come to a solution. They always make me feel like I'm a bother. Soon as I talked the same way Jane was speaking to me, she hung up. I guess it's okay to talk to someone like that, but not when it's reciprocated. Dr Sue though, is a very compassionate doctor who treats you like a person, makes sure all your needs are met. It's unfortunate her staff don't have similar values.
Dr Susan MacLean has been our family physician since we moved to London 23 years ago. She is always kind compassionate, punctual and very effecient. Anyone couldn't ask for a very down to earth and friendly person to be their Dr. Sincerely , Debra Eady
