Dr. Grainger is a wonderful doctor! She is timely, kind, and great with follow-up.
Always late show up for appointments and you get in a half hour after u supposed to have it everytime, even tho they only book u for a 15 min time slot make it make sense
Dr. Lexie Grainger is one of the kindest most compassionate doctors I’ve ever met. She has spent so much time helping me through my struggles with my health. The entire office staff is always pleasant and very helpful and ask questions. I count myself very lucky to be A patient here.
Dr. Grainger, as well as the support staff, have been brilliant in helping my aging Mother. They know when time is of the essence, and unlike most new family physicians these days, absolutely do put patient care above their business model; case in point, prescription renewals still over the phone and not an office visit. Very grateful for Dr. Lexie Grainger, Chelsea, and Dr..Hawthorne who went before.
I want those who are unhappy here who have expressed their growing concerns about lack of care and neglect and combative receptionists to know it is easy to find a new doctor so make the move don’t wait. It is only through the depleting patient roster at this office that the doctors will take action and hopefully future patients will be provided better care.
