I am a long time patient, Dr J McLean has been a great doctor, but in the past few years I have had to adapt to his new “assisting” doctors. Dr Uma has been such a breath of fresh air, she is so compassionate and really invested in helping solve your health concerns. I’ve been a patient here for many years and have only positive things to say. The reception staff is amazing. I accidentally booked an appointment for the wrong day and they were able to squeeze me in, which they definitely didn’t have to do since it was my mistake. Dr. Wang is also amazing and very caring and goes the extra mile to ensure the best patient care. Can’t recommend the clinic enough.
I was here earlier, with my own mom, when we were shopping, at that time, before the beginning of the Christmas season. :)
These one star reviews have me so confused because this clinic has treated me like gold. Every single visit I’m treated with respect, dignity, non judgement and compassion. In fact they almost over do it. Everybody across the board from the receptionists to the doctors. Dr. Grainger is my family doctor and I consider her one of the biggest blessings in my life. Dr Sue's assistant Jane can be rude and condescending. Very unhappy the way they talk down to me when trying to come to a solution. They always make me feel like I'm a bother. Soon as I talked the same way Jane was speaking to me, she hung up. I guess it's okay to talk to someone like that, but not when it's reciprocated. Dr Sue though, is a very compassionate doctor who treats you like a person, makes sure all your needs are met. It's unfortunate her staff don't have similar values.
