I had a frustrating experience with Dr. Karanov at Westmount Dental. During my initial visit, I requested a night guard, which he ordered. Unfortunately, it didn’t fit well, so I returned for an adjustment. Despite my explanation and attempts to fix it with hot water, the issue was not resolved. Recommendation advise noise cancelling headphones offered as a regular option for all patients . As it should be a normal option that sensory issues to the scaling drill will happen. When asked if they had any the answer was I don’t know.
I had my teeth cleaned with Aafreen today. Gentle hands.Exceptional customer service . My teeth is looking and feeling great. My family and I have been going to Westmount Dental Centre for many years. I am very thankful for their quality of the work and for the kindness and respectful treatment.
I’ve been going here for a couple of years and I’ve always had outstanding service. Dr. Maryam is sweet and professional and I highly recommend her! My hygienist, Josh, is also amazing and very gentle/thorough with cleaning. I will be continuing to go to this dental clinic for a long time!
