We’ve lived in this condo for over 3 years, and unfortunately our experience has been extremely disappointing. The building has had ongoing cockroach infestations, the air conditioning has been non-functional for years, and the elevators are frequently out of service. Ironically, the only place with working AC is the lobby. The condo board has been promising to fix the air conditioning for over two years, but nothing has changed.
