Impossible to get through the phone lines. Can't make walk-in appointments, their website doesn't allow you to book an appointment online even though its advertised on the website. And there is no email address to allow you to contact them. Great doctors & physicians, but trying to book an appointment with them is nearly impossible and extremely frustrating.
I have been trying to call to book an appointment for over a week and I either never can get through, or get a voicemail saying they’re on lunch or closed. I work a normal 9-5 job and don’t work near their offices to go in person to book. Extremely frustrating and not a practical system for the every day person. I do enjoy Dr.Mercante when I can actually get an appointment booked but I may be looking else where for a doctor that provides online booking.
I could say a lot of rude (but true) things about Dr.Pallett but I’ll explain the situation & you can judge for yourself and I’ll leave my comments to the end. Dr.Pallett is arrogant, egotistical, insensitive & most definitely has the God complex as he honestly expected a written apology for my comment that wasn’t even rude or disrespectful.
