I was told I have an outstanding balance with them and when I call their office they disconnect the line. I haven’t been able to reach anyone about this issue and it is over $2,000 in fees. I confirmed I was good to go when my lease ended. Someone please call me back it’s been days and no response. No email or other form to reach out to them
Let me start with that any recent good reviews are false. Run from this place don't walk. I've lived her for two months and the conditions are horrible. This place is severely infested with mice and cockroaches. Not to mention my unit has faulty wiring due to the mice. This place is not just gross but it is unsafe. It should be condemned. We have lived here for a year and the staff is top rate. Any concerns we expressed were always dealt with immediately. This is a safe gated community.
