Lovely clinic and Staff, my cat was well taken care of and very little stress
We were pleased with Westmount Animal Clinic. Our senior cat expressed some issues over a long weekend, and our veterinary clinic was closed. We called in, and Josh was very welcoming and got us in that morning. We met with Dr. Lucia Mentik, who was kind, thorough and provided us with a solid plan. She even made follow-up calls after each milestone and didn’t rush them. The pricing seemed extremely fair for the services rendered. I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Westmount Animal Clinic. My Golden Retriever has been a patient there for over 6 years, and two years ago it was recommended he go on a hypoallergenic diet - which is fine, however the food is quite expensive every month. I was instructed at that time to send them an email to have his food ordered, and have been doing so every four weeks as instructed by their team.
