I am so happy with the care my cat, Zuckie, has received at this clinic. The staff are incredibly kind, compassionate and caring. Zuckie has had a number of health issues over the years and whenever there has been an emergency, the clinic has always been able to get us to see Dr. Fraser quickly. Dr. Fraser is thorough, knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all my questions. She always explains things clearly and provides advice with confidence, which gives me great peace of mind. I love how friendly and responsive the staff are! Always quick to answer my questions on the text thread. They’re also very understanding and helpful with my insurance claims A very nice touch is the treat shelf, about 7 or 8 types in glass jars with clear labels for allergens!
Westmount has been our home clinic since we brought home our (hairless) puppy. They are thorough, transparent and always so happy to take care of our pup. I would 100% recommend them to anyone and unusual breeds don’t scare them off.
August 2026 — I have to do an update bc the care just keeps getting better! This week my EXTREMELY FEARFUL REACTIVE rescue dog (whom I love more than life itself) just didn’t seem herself, some sort of general non-specific symptoms. I had a really positive experience at Westmount clinic. The veterinarian I had (I didn’t catch her name, otherwise I’d name her!!) really took her time to acquaint herself with my nervous standard poodle. She took the time to answer every single question I had and my dog really took a liking to her. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I really appreciate her gentleness with my dog and she actively tried to make her comfortable. I will go out of my way to rebook with her specifically in the future. Thank you so much.
