We live in Dubai and were vacationing in Windermere (Lake District in UK) with the kids. While on a hike, my 10 year old son fell and hurt his arm. I took him to Westmorland (we walked into the “urgent care” entrance). The staff was super sweet, helpful, friendly and welcoming. I attended the UTC at 8 am Thursday morning. I was seen immediately and had excellent care in the six hours. I was there before being ambulance too RLI I also received excellent treatment. I cannot Thank staff enough for their excellent care from start to finish
