Best staff ever! So compassionate.
I had a fabulous experience at this clinic and would highly recommend them. The care is excellent, all staff are kind and friendly, and prices are very reasonable. I am not a regular client, but was in the area on vacation when my dog began experiencing a pain flare up and needed to see a vet. The clinic got me in the same day I called, and as mentioned, all care was excellent. The vet spent a long time with us listening, asking lots of questions, and doing a thorough exam. Fair price. Amazing staff. The best place for your pets.
Terrible customer service. Building is often open but no vet working. Last time I was in they told me they were taking my dog out back for an x ray and came back telling me they also did an ultrasound without my permission and then made me pay for it. Then also injected him with a pain med but also prescribed me one that I could have just given him but they like to pocket gouge and get as much money out of you as they can .
