So, Ive lived here 2 months, had people ing through my car 3 times, my neighbors suck. Dealt with their dog shit and now the upstairs neighbor leaves her trash on her porch for days on end. (Above my porch) Animals have ripped the bags open leaving her trash on our porch? (Where is an ounce of common sense?) About to place it in her parking spot! At least then her funk won't be on my porch! And the animals won't have to climb the stairs. What respect, they show the new neighbor? Is the trash outside, when she's gone for days... read more

Echoing Marylee's review: For the price of the apartments, this is a wonderful complex. We lived in one of the duplex units and the layout worked out very well for us - It had all the amenities to make things work comfortably. Convenient bike ride from the university and close to restaurants and stores. Both management teams during my time here were a pleasure to work with - friendly and helpful and I have never had any issues. I was here for two years from 2022-2024 and would recommend it to future tenants.
