Solid place to live. My partner lived here for about 8 years before we moved in together. The buildings are not modern and you can definitely tell. Parking is a hassle. I've seen non residents park here.
Owned here for 17 years and love the central location. These are NOT apartments so any gripes about an individual unit should probably be addressed with that owner/landlord/management company. The construction is solid, but for 70-year old apartments that were condo-converted in the 1980s, there are always likely to be signs of aging. Parking is PLENTIFUL for being approximately half a mile (as the crow flies) from Washington, DC.
