Power Trip Receptionist! This was my first visit to this office. As a new patient, I was told I’d need to reschedule because I hadn’t arrived fifteen minutes early to complete paperwork. Totally understandable — I actually appreciate an office that values punctuality and respects everyone’s time. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Was amazed I could get an appointment so quickly with the nurse practitioner. She listened carefully, did a thorough exam, prescribed necessary meds, and followed up the next day as promised. Positive experience for this 75 year old who hadn't visited an OBGyne for years!
Dr. Cohan is the absolute best doctor. He has the best bedside manner and very rational with his recommendations. I highly recommend him.
