Dr. Hilmes really takes the time to go over everything. She really makes a person feel heard. She’s very determined to help make her patients health a priority. She is one of my favorite Shannon Dr.’s.
The Physician did great job from first visit, he explained my condition in details and answered all my questions and concerns. He structured a plan of care and followed with me at quarterly basis until my diabetes and thyroid both become well controlled. He is efficient, and he hires great staff as well. Beyond satisfied with his care. Five stars
Dr.Richeh, has been working with me every step of the way of figuring out my permanent hypoglycemia! He has helped me understand certain things about my condition and has helped provide me with excellent precautionary measures for when my blood sugar gets too low! And his staff are really sweet and caring!
I have scene him two times both were awful experiences. I would not recommend. He was in too much of a hurry and did not listen.
the Physician is simply outstanding, he found out the rare tumor that made me sick for years, and coordinated a prompt surgery at UT Southwestern in Dallas to take out that tumor that caused my severe HTN, in two weeks i was back to normal and off all hypertensive meds.Dr. Richeh diagnosed my Conn Syndrome and helped me get rid off it. Top Endocrinologist.
I followed with Dr. Richeh for the last 5 years and I am beyond grateful for his amazing support and world class care.Only Dr. Richeh managed to fix and restore my hormonal imbalance balance and correct my resistant Hypothyroidism .5 stars.
The physician was by all mean amazing.In three months my A1c went down from 13% to 7.3% .He is knowledgeable, Kind, polite and very informative.Very satisfied and would recommend him without hesitation Five stars
Dr Richeh was very nice but it was evident he had not reviewed my chart and gave extremely generic recommendations. His patient summary report did not match how our appointment went whatsoever. He seemed to be a bit reckless in treatment options, especially without considering what else could be causing my symptoms.

With all due respect, this review is fake. Clearly, the alleged patient did not state his/her name, neither the diagnosis. The complaint is very generic , and did not precise the condition she/he was treated for. False statement from A to Z! More than likely it is from a previous disgruntled employee who was terminated and fired from the dept due to deficiencies in her work requirement around the same time of this complaint.
Dr. Westmoreland is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. She listens to you and really cares about your overall care.
