This Tom fellow was a great guy. Although he has excellent qualifications he still speaks to you in a pleasant manner without talking down to you. I would say that he is most like these brilliant lawyers that you see on tv. He was smart, able to give good advice, and really listened. He even has a little swagger which would come in handy in a trial type of case. A lot of lawyers may function well but shy away from trials.
