I’ve decided to post this so that perhaps Dr. Todd Cindric of Westmoreland Foot and Ankle Care, LLC, will understand how his staff is treating his patients. On Wednesday, June 17, 2026, I had an appointment scheduled at the Irwin office. That morning, I mistakenly had it in my head that it was for 9:30 AM.
