I like the fact that they pick up and drop off my orders for free and the price is very reasonable at $2 a dress shirt. Driver is polite, women staff at the cleaners are rude!!

Dissatisfied Customer NEVER to Return – First of all, the people who work there are UNFRIENDLY, UNHELPFUL & CONDESCENDING, esp the women. Not only did they ruin a pair of my dress pants and then tried to blame me and said that I brought them in there like that, they lost a pair of dress slacks that belong to a friend of mine. Clerks are unfriendly, cleaning is fine. – The clerks ARE unfriendly and patronizing. They do an exceptional job on silk items, though. I'm sure they're jaded from working with customers and their soiled clothing over the years. Could they tell some stories....oy vey.

What exactly do they clean – I took a silk suit and a corderoy jacket into be cleaned. The clerk refused to take the garments out of the bag that I had them in. Ok. I took them out and put them on the counter. She told me to take the suit outside and shake the fuzz off of it. I did reluctantly. When I took it back in she said they wouldn't clean it because it looked like dog hair. The jacket did have dog hair on the collar. That is why I was taking it to the cleaners.
