Would have given better rating if the place I'm living at. Would start up the bus service again. They have a bus that used to take people to the store.but for some reason they are not bringing it back.
Our family does not need financial assistance at this time, however I asked if they had a list of landlords, or management companies that would work with people who had an eviction on their record...I was told that "the landlords and companies they work with don't accept people with evictions on their record." We've called several different times in the past year...always receiving a different excuse as to why they can't help us find landlords that will work with us. I only give this housing authority a 2 star rating because the one place we looked at yesterday discriminated me against my disability and my need for a seizure response dog. Stating maybe in the future you can have one and only if you ask permission. I don't need no permission to have a seizure response dog with me from anyone! That need is indefinite and to discriminate me against having/needing one is not good in my book. Never had any place discriminate me in the past but now am getting discriminated left and right!
