What a HORRIBLE doctor. Shobha Divakar, has no bed side manner. She does not know how to talk to patients. My mother cries EVERYTIME after an appointment with her because of her horrible treatment. Talking down to my senior mother, be litteling her. She takes advantage of patients. How does my mother go into an appointment at 5 pm and then come out at 5:07 crying!!! Doctor Shobha Divakar is a horrible, disrespectful, unprofessional doctor who feels it is okay to yell at my 85 year old mother. She unnecessarily has patients go into the office only to bill OHIP. I would most definitely not recommend her.
Dr. Anna O’Connor was very knowledgeable & professional. Excellent diagnosis and treatment plan. I am thankful to have been referred to her. I am doing well after years of suffering.
If I could give zero stars I would, but please note: this is not a reflection of the clinic itself, but rather a reflection of one, Dr. Hussain. I had a follow up phone call with him on November 13th and his behavior was very unprofessional (my initial call with him in July was also rude, but I dismissed it assuming he was just having a bad day). I was referred to the hematologist Dr. Amin Hussein by my family doctor to investigate the cause of my iron deficiency. I was referred to a gynaecologist as well. During our first video call he asked me if I’m having a heavy period or not. I said no but I understood the fact that I should see a gynaecologist to make sure that everything is ok.
