Never dealt with anything like this in my life. Lived here almost 10 years, my water bill is usually 20-30$, this month they try to charge me 400+ dollars, and of course they do not pick up the phone. I’m told she will only respond through email, the current manager. We have no leak, nothing wrong plumbing wise but we’re told it’s a silent leak and we still owe the extra. Utter trash they never answer the phone! We also have multiple maintenance issue never fix absolutely the worst customer service ever. DON’T LIVE HERE
Just wanted to say few things bout Westmoore Mobile home park,I've been a resident here for 9 yrs and have been extremely happy with the new management Samanntha,it's the nicest, cleanest park,and the management is always there if problems arise!! Very safe feeling !!
The worst place you could live. They added $200 to my rent and even told me they would take it off and they didn’t. They also replaced my front door knob and don’t give me a key. I’ve tried calling up there about 5 times and they will not answer. DO NOT LIVE HERE
Called over 10 times and they never picked up the phone.. text and email and still nothing. They want to charge me 50$ for mowing the grass but i sent them a video of my husband mowing it.. Can someone help me?
