This neighborhood is garbage and already looks tired. People aren't taking care of their stuff at all, weeds are overtaking landscaping and HOA is doing nothing about it. Too many rental houses which leads to even more people not caring about their outside which will negatively impact home values. If you enter from the 156th street entrance, the first 3 houses on the right (west side) of Westmoor Ave tell you the entire story - they all look awful and the first one often has 4 cars parked side by side in their driveway, well... read more

Just closed on our new Pulte home last week and the entire experience was great from beginning to end. Def recommend them.

First time home buyer here. Dealing with Pulte has been an overall positive experience. I want to highlight Nick, the construction manager and overall great guy that I was dealing with more frequently after we had selected our home. He has gone above and beyond to also find our mail keys after there was a slight hiccup at title. We caught him standing outside trying out every single key on our behalf!
