Lisa and her staff are amazing. I have a stubbron dog who when he puts his paw down its a nope for him. She see him right away any walk in or apt we do. Every one is amaing hereand would recommend her to everyone.
I love this vet. She is amazing my 120lb alaskin malamute is a little hard to deal with some times but he loves the whole staff. They even called the next morning when we had to go to the emergency vet one night to check on us and our furry little one.
Kind,compassionate, accommodating and informative staff. Very pleased and happy to have discovered this clinic!
Was not happy and will not go back again
Doctor Lisa and staff are very kind and pleasant,. I believe they have quality care as well, but,...what I don't like is how the business is run. I would be the only patient there and would still be waiting 20 minutes to be seen while they're chit-chatting in the back non work related,...this happened all 4 visits so far. The other thing is an assistant would come in with an invoice loaded with suggested procedures, now I'm all for taking care of your pet and I understand this is a business, but I just felt like they put thi... read more
I loved the place and the staff! It so close to my house I could literally walk there so that was why I chose it at first. I walked in to ask questions and despite the vet being on her way out to lunch she actually stopped to answer my questions with no rush. The place is exceptionally clean. All this made me go ahead and schedule an appointment for them to take a look at my baby. He needs a teeth cleaning really bad. best place – if you want to know something ask them they will tell you if you want to know anything they can you tell you i get everything from them for my son lizards we bought from them they are good and TOP OF THE LINE
Extrememly expensive and a lot of hidden charges. The practice has a lot of rules - the customer really has no say on some of the treatment they insist on. I have had may cats - never paid more than $135 for a yearly visit with shots - including the feline leukemia shot. This vet? Just under $250. I will return to Lock Haven, where I should have gone in this first place. Would not recommend.
