Westmont has been a HUGE disappointment. The facility is lovely and in the sales pitch, they promise everything and deliver VERY little. The staff turnover is shocking and there is always a shortage and promises of “the new person starting next week.” We have witnessed over several months, that “the new person” never stays more than a couple of weeks! What a wonderful place to live. The facility is very nice and clean. They have amenities like a fitness center, salon, library, theater, pool table, grand piano, and more. Residents are happy and social. Their calendar is full of fun activities and special events for residents to stay busy and entertained. Staff is very hard working and they genuinely care about their residents.

If I could give less than 1 star I would, this place is absolutely terrible! Do not let your loved one live here, they are constantly short staffed, you can never get a phone call back let alone an email, even corporate never calls or emails you back! Spend your hard earned money somewhere else. In response to the auto-message- I have called and left messages, I have been in, in-person and asked to speak with Jade, the front desk always says the managers aren't in and they never call you back.

This is a cheerful, loving, community. My loves one has short term memory issues and both the caregivers and the residents are very patient and helpful. Love it!!!
