Nope. If you have a choice, go somewhere else. The ONLY reason that I went with this title company is because Toll Brothers informed me that they were their preferred company. A total sham. That just means that they have a financial relationship that benefit them, not you. This company was a disaster from the start, and it never got better. I cannot express, nor fathom how great of an experience I have had with Carol Mattaliano. She is one of the most single handedly best not only escrow officer, but human being I have worked with throughout my whole career in real estate. The service, response, and attentive detail is second to none and if anyone is lucky one day to come across a file with her, rest assured she will always get the job done!
No idea why so bad feedback, the process was quick and everyone very polite. I wired money one day before and everything was in time to my satisfaction.
Make sure you do a wire transfer at least a week before or you won’t get your keys
