They aren't making there money selling bullion. Try calling to buy some bullion and I bet they will try real hard to sell you something else. Buyer beware.

I ordered a gold coin from a TV ad. The gold coin was supposed to come with a free silver coin. The charge for the gold coin was immediately posted to my credit card. Three weeks later, no coin. I left phone messages. I finally got a response and a promise for immediate delivery. Several days later, the gold coin arrived. No silver coin.
