Superb , they were all so friendly. Great energy among the staff , room is clean , attentive. Provided Crocs , lunch , tv , water and more, even talking to the staff was like speaking to a friend. They eased my nerves to the fullest. They work on a one patient a day rule so all their attention is on you. You can tell everyone enjoys working there. Would highly recommend
I would like to start of this review by saying if I could give more stars I would. I had my Transplant 3 days ago and the process went better than I could have ever imagined. As soon as I stepped foot inside the Clinic I felt at ease. Everyone was so nice, welcoming and reassuring. Dr Sebastian Deme put my mind at ease right away and got rid of any worries I had. Absolutely amazing team! And phenomenal results ! Everyone was so friendly and I felt completely at ease for my first 2000 graft transplant. Dr Sebastian was incredible , everything was thoroughly explained and I was the only client for the day as they only do one prodecure per day so you have the teams full dedication . This is why you don’t go to Turkey , you obviously pay more for superior quality service , and I was not prepared to do such a complex procedure anywhere but in the UK. The experience was really amazing. They were extremely accommodating in terms of setting up the procedure and fitting me in. I had pre zooms with the surgeon to go through everything. The set up was really professional and precise and the attitude of the staff was really welcoming, kind and friendly. It's quite a bit procedure and I felt reassured and supported throughout the whole process. The post care support and contact has also been very generous. I would really recommend Westminster Medical Group.
