After first time meeting family doctor, the medicine proscription has not been sent to the pharmacy for more than half month. I went to the pharmacy 3 times to check, and emailed the Doctor. Dr said it's been sent. I went to pharmacy again, still not received yet. And pharmacy said they cannot contact clinic. My parents is almost out of pills! Call with Dr on Monday who said they will send prescription to pharmacy which was not done. An additional 2 phone calls and 2 emails later and all they can say is that they told the Dr to resend the prescription but they don't know when he will do it. Waiting 48 hours+ for a prescription just to be sent to the pharmacy is ridiculous. Luckily it is not something that is required ASAP but worry for people who do need their medication quickly if they can't be bothered to send prescriptions over quickly and just ignore emails an... read more

Since my family doctor Chakravorty has started practicing from this location, it's staff have improved and the front desk service is much better, our doctor is the best, thank you for all your hard work and looking after my family.
