Since my family doctor Chakravorty has started practicing from this location, it's staff have improved and the front desk service is much better, our doctor is the best, thank you for all your hard work and looking after my family.
Anyone who reads this please note since the old Doctor Who is there Dr Mackenzie was well respected has retired this new person who’s taken over and their staff are not very helpful not very nice and they’re charging an arm and a leg. If you find a nice doctor they would like you to pay $80 per file and you have to pay your own USB . they are not very nice. They’re not polite. I am trying to contact from past week but no response.
I'm truly baffled by the five-star reviews here. I've spent the entire afternoon trying to reach someone for an appointment, but despite calling seven times, not a single call was answered. I also cannot book an appointment through the website, as it states that my doctor doesn’t offer this service online. Emails also go unanswered, and since this is no longer a walk-in clinic, I have to ask—how exactly am I supposed to book an appointment? The lack of accessibility and communication is beyond frustrating.
