My mom has been there for 2 years now. I am very happy with her care. The facility is clean, the staff is so nice and responsive. They take good care of her, and she is very happy. If the family has any concerns, the staff takes care of our concerns right away. We feel comfortable in knowing she is well taken care of.
My wife has been here since January 2024. Very good results. Staff is always been very professional. I think they are great.
Clean….very important to me. Physical and occupational therapy very good. Large majority of staff were pleasant and helpful. Some went out of their way to help which was very much appreciated. My nurse knew I wanted a shave and there was no outside barber that came in so she somehow found someone in her staff to do it. Never said a word to take any credit for it the girl just appeared and pleasantly shaved my stiff beard with patience and care. But. Very important. I enjoyed the staff and the residents. The therapy team is great and the food is good. Building's housekeeping team does a great job.
If you are looking for a clean place peace and quiet more pay and not being overwhelmed with work come to sterling care hill haven it's much better plus peace and quiet
