I have used WFCU for 3 separate auto loans and until recently I would of given them a better rating. However, as my car came to the end of its loan(I owed around $5k on a $50k car) they placed forced placed insurance without notifying me for $1300. Once I noticed my loan balance had went up and contacted the CU I was notified that they sent me a notification in the mail, which they had a 3 year old address. Wfcu used to assist with title service. They don’t offer that if you don’t service your car with them anymore… even if you’re 16

I have been a member of WFCU for quite a few years now, and have always found them to be incredibly knowledgeable, and wonderfully helpful as I navigate through various financial needs and issues. Their loan department is always super helpful when reviewing potential financing needs, and staff are always ready to answer questions. Add to that the general welcoming feel whenever I have the chance to visit with them, and they are by far one of my favorite financial institutions!
