Unprofessional, charged me $140 to remove the bifocal line on my lenses. Absolutely terrible service. Will never return. Even when the optometry or ophthalmology was great, the best ever.. Unfortunately The person who took care of my glasses was rude unprofessional and unhelpful, I asked twice for CAT FRAME and she was sitting pointed the guess and another designer of frame where hadn't cat frame, she never helped me and just picked one that I thought was close for my require, her name is Kim, overall the was a huge mistake and I felt so disappointed, I'm legally blind I only needed help to choose my glasses, the worse place to do your glasses... read more
