We are in the process of moving into Westmere Village. Everyone on the staff has been extremely helpful in assuring that our new apartment is “perfect.” The residents we’ve met have been very friendly and we can’t wait to know them better. A big shout out to Genene who has helped us with everything. Also, Joe, the owner is working hard to make sure everything is just right. Couldn’t be happier.
Reading of the main entrance door being left open did concern me since I had already signed my lease. However, over the past two weeks I've been moving light items here from my old apartment. I'm in and out at least twice a day, sometimes three times. The ONLY times the front door has been propped open is when the owner was sitting in his office just inside the entrance, with his door open so he could view who was entering ... OR ... if he was out front, again where he was in view of the entrance. I don't know how many coats... read more
I have visited residents there and think it's not really ready for rental. The side walks on several occasions were icy. The exterior door propped open each time I've visited. A security issue. The hallways and inside the apartments have one coat of paint that is inadequate. The hallways are cold, not heated. The fan in the apartment is so loud it is difficult to speak, the handicap parking is across the parking lot instead of using parking spaces closest to the entrance.
