I really like my OBGYN Dr. Alvarado here but it has been extremely difficult to get an appointment especially with my primary care Dr. Steinberg. I made an appointment months in advance only for it to be cancelled on the day of. The next appointment isn’t available for another few months….I am going to find another primary care provider as I barely know her and keep having to see urgent care providers due to issues getting an appointment here.
It's heartbreaking when the place you go for an appointment at 8:00 AM , even though they are open , don't let two earderly come and sit in . I personally spoke to two receptionist to let them sit in and they refused. May the Lord forgive them .
Avoid! Dr. Shahram Razmzan will not discuss all options with you but will document he did in your chart! Also certain staff members do not know what they are doing and will attempt to make you feel like you don’t know what you’re speaking of when you offer correction. Listen to me and avoid a nightmare!
