Triple billed..I just want to start out by saying I have never written a review in my entire life until now. My experience with this gynecology office has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Since Summit Health bought out WestMed, the quality of care and administrative handling has gone downhill. She was super nice and examined me in a way other OBGYNs never did and due to that, she was able to find a fibroid and send me for further testing.
I removed my original post after it was explained to me that me getting double billed may not be the doctor's fault. Please take heed that if you are at your annual gyn, and the doc ask you if you are anemic because you have fibroids, even though you have been anemic for 28 yrs and it's in your records, you will be billed separately for an additional office visit. As you are only to discuss very limited things during your annual. I was billed for the annual and for an office visit. This has never happened to me before.
This was my first time visiting Dr. Wright and I can surely say it will be the last. I have an outer cyst and without warning, she would squeeze and poke at it. She did not warn me when she would stick equipment in me and I had to sit up to see what was happening. Upon telling her I had to think about doing possible surgery, she told me I was lucky to even get an appointment with her. I left the office feeling sore and upset.
Dr. Wright is a very caring and attentive doctor. She is so well educated and is truly a brilliant doctor. She does not rush through the exam and spends time reviewing all tests and procedures. I have been going to Dr. Wright for years and continue to recommend her to my friends.
