Dispicable service!, including Patient Relations Department as well. I was trying to get my x-rays and every time I called I received a contradictive information. I spent 3 weeks on the phone to get an answer. Also, I rated poorly the manager Tracey of that office on the Summit Health Survey. Later on she called me back to complain about it, though the survey states that the rating is "strictly confidential" ?! What a mess! I found the service to be dishonest, irresponsible and very unprofessional.
My husband went to Dr. Andrew Hass for a torn bicep and received terrible care from start to finish. Please please do not go to this doctor - there are FAR better in the area. My husband went in for surgery after an MRI confirmed it was torn. A day later Dr. Hass called saying the surgery didn’t need to happen - when he opened up my husbands bicep was fine so just “cleaned things up”. From there the post op care was atrocious. My technician at this facility on 7/3/23 made various off-color, unprompted, offensive comments about Jews and about trans individuals. Extremely unprofessional and concerning.
Orthopedic doctors are the best but it is truly a shame that when you call up the place you get a non stamford location that are clueless about the patients needs and miscommunicate things to the local office. Totally unacceptable
High marks for this facility especially the personnel.
